Jeff brings over 20 years of museum and theming experience to the Nassal Company. As Vice President, Preconstruction Services, Jeff oversees Lexington’s preconstruction and estimating department and every estimate prepared by the company. In addition, Jeff provides clients detailed budgetary estimates, bids, initial project estimates, and budget updates. Jeff works hand in hand with the Project Manager and Design Manager to ensure that each project stays within its budget.
He began his career as an electrician, fabricating lighting systems, stage mechanics and special effects for theatrical productions. In 1990, he joined Sparks Museums and Attractions Group in Orlando, Florida as Master Electrician, responsible for overseeing UL compliance, show action systems, show control, lighting systems and wiring of all museum and attractions projects. He was promoted to Production Manager due to his high level of skills in production, scheduling and personnel management.
Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Project Manager where he was the primary person responsible for multi-million dollar projects. His Project Management accomplishments included award-winning projects such as Sony Metreon, E-Walk Entertainment Complex and Disney Quest. Jeff left Sparks in 1999 and joined Walt Disney Imagineering as a Senior Project Manager. He then joined Nassal in 2011 as a Senior Project Manager prior to his role within Preconstruction Services.
